Cindy is a proud graduate Pennsylvania State University a Bachelor’s degree  in Human Development. Cindy also has a Master's Degree from the University of Scranton in Human Resource Administration.

​

Cindy began working at SLHDA, Inc. in 2001 as a Youth Case Worker. In 2008 she was promoted to Human Resources Director.
