Erin Griguts

Erin Griguts began her career with the Agency for Community Empowerment of NEPA in 2004. Prior to being named as Acting Co-Director of ACE of NEPA’s Early Learning Program in August of 2022, Erin held several positions including Social Services Coordinator, Enrollment and Eligibility Coordinator, and ERSEA/Family & Community Engagement Manager. 

Erin has been involved in expanding Head Start and Early Head Start services through both state and federal initiatives throughout Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Pike and Wayne Counties. Erin has also been active in developing collaborative partnerships with local colleges and universities to enhance staff professional development opportunities as well as educational opportunities for families in the program.

 

Erin is a 2003 graduate of Keystone College where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration with a minor in Political Science. After graduation, Erin volunteered for a year of service with the AMERICORPS Vista Program where she worked as the Volunteer Coordinator for Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County.
