Sara Fontana

Director of IT and Analytics

Sara Fontana serves as the Director of Information Technology and Analytics at ACE of NEPA, a role she's held since 2010. As the IT Director, Sara assumes responsibility for guiding and overseeing the organization's strategy for information technology and data-driven projects. She collaborates closely with program directors and managers to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the agency's technology systems, while also identifying opportunities for enhancements and innovation.

Sara initially joined ACE as a preschool teacher, subsequently advancing through various positions within the organization, leveraging her firsthand experience from the classroom. With a unique blend of expertise in education and information technology, Sara effectively embodies ACE of NEPA's mission on multiple fronts by combining her exceptional communication skills with her IT proficiency.

Furthermore, in addition to her practical experience, Sara possesses a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from Wilkes University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Keystone College, complemented by several teaching certifications. Sara also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from Marymount Manhattan College, along with a data literacy credential from National Head Start. She is dedicated to utilizing her skills and knowledge to drive positive technological change and is unwavering in her commitment to staying informed about the latest industry trends and advancements, all while serving and inspiring her colleagues and the clients they support.
