Scranton Lackawanna Resources Development Corporation

The SLRDC is a non-profit arm of ACE of NEPA that is focusing on providing quality affordable housing to low to moderate-income families. SLRDC is constantly constructing or rehabbing houses using community partners to provide housing for families. SLRDC requires that a household be income eligible and that at least one person in the household be working at least 16 hours per week.  SLRDC gives priority to households with young children and families that reside in the area of the interested available unit.  SLRDC has two and three bedroom units located in parts of the City of Scranton, and the Borough of Old Forge.  SLRDC is funded through private donations, Federal, State, County and City grants.

Grace Street is a newly rehabbed multi-unit two and three-bedroom apartment.

North Main Ave

North Main is a newly built 2-apartment home. Both are 3-bedroom occupancy.

North Rebecca Ave
West Scranton


North Rebecca is a two unit property with one three bedroom and one two bedroom unit located in West Scranton.

Hill Section Scranton


Olive Street is a single-unit property with 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths.
